Delivery Policy

qmoon is a digital advertising service. Nothing is physically shipped, and there are no delivery charges. This page explains when each part of the service becomes available to you.

1. Wallet funds

Funds you add are credited to your qmoon wallet immediately on successful payment, and your tax invoice is available straight away from your account.

If a payment succeeds but your wallet is not credited within 30 minutes, email hello@qmoon.in with the payment reference and we will resolve it.

2. Your ads

We look at every ad before it goes live, so that screen owners and the public see only appropriate content.

• Once approved, an ad set to start immediately begins playing at the next screen check-in — normally within a few minutes.
• A scheduled ad begins at the date and time you chose.
• If an ad is not approved, your full budget stays in your wallet and we tell you why.

3. Private screen subscriptions

A private screen subscription takes effect as soon as it is purchased. Your screen switches to private mode at its next check-in, normally within a few minutes.

4. Screen registration

Listing a screen is free. After you register it, our team reviews and approves it before it can display ads and start earning. We aim to complete this within 2 business days.

5. Earnings and payouts

Earnings appear in your account as ads play on your screens. When you request a payout, we transfer the amount to your registered UPI ID, subject to the minimum payout shown in your account.
