These terms cover your use of qmoon at qmoon.in. Creating an account means you accept them.

1. What qmoon is

qmoon puts ads on real screens across India. Advertisers pay for screen time, and the people who own those screens earn from every play. The platform is run by qmoon Private Limited.

2. Who can use it

• You must be 18 or older.
• What you tell us when you sign up must be true.
• Your sign-in is yours to protect. Keep it to yourself.

3. Your account

• One account can both run ads and own screens.
• Don't share your account or let someone else use it.
• Anything done from your account is treated as done by you.
• We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

4. If you run ads

• What you put on a screen must be lawful, and must be yours to use.
• It must not mislead, deceive, or make claims you can't stand behind.
• We look at every ad before it plays, and we can reject or pull anything that goes against these terms.
• You pay for each play. Anything left of your budget goes back to your qmoon wallet.
• Plays are counted by the screen itself and checked by us before you are charged. That count is what you pay on.

5. If you own screens

• A screen has to be registered and approved before it can show ads.
• You earn 70% of what the advertiser pays for each play on your screen, worked out on the price before GST.
• You can withdraw your earnings to UPI, from ₹100 upwards.
• Keep your screen switched on and connected. A screen that stays offline for a long stretch may be deactivated.
• Don't tamper with a screen, or do anything to inflate the number of plays it reports.
• You can hold back up to half of your screen's time for your own ads.

6. What can't go on a screen

These are never allowed on qmoon:

• Anything illegal, harmful, or threatening
• Anything that promotes discrimination, hatred, or violence
• Sexually explicit material
• Anything that uses someone else's copyright, trademark, or work without the right to
• False or deceptive advertising
• Tobacco, alcohol where it is restricted, or controlled substances

7. Money

• Every price on qmoon includes GST. What you pay is what reaches your wallet.
• We issue you a tax invoice each time you add money.
• What an ad costs depends on the rate of the screens you choose and how long your ad runs.
• qmoon keeps 30% of what an advertiser pays for a play. The screen owner earns the other 70%.
• All amounts are in Indian rupees (₹).
• We collect and pay the GST on what you buy from us. Where the law requires tax to be deducted before a payout, we deduct it and you will need to give us your PAN.
• What happens to money already in your wallet is set out in our cancellation and refunds page.

8. What belongs to whom

• The qmoon name, look, and software are ours.
• The files you upload stay yours.
• By uploading, you give us permission to show them on screens as part of running your ad.

9. What we don't promise

• qmoon is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind.
• We aren't liable for a screen going down, a network failing, or delays outside our control.
• If it comes to it, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before.

10. Closing your account

• You can close your account whenever you like — from your profile, or by emailing hello@qmoon.in.
• We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
• Earnings you are owed are still paid out. Money sitting in your ad wallet is handled under our cancellation and refunds page.

11. Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute goes to the courts of Bihar.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If you keep using qmoon after a change, that change applies to you. The date at the top is always the current version.
